Photobooth ‘thief’ wanted

A Photobooth ‘thief’ was caught on camera after the machine he was breaking into took his mugshot. The alleged thief should have invested in a disguise before attempting to steal from something whose sole purpose is to take photos! Being caught on camera ‘stealing’ from a photobooth is not smart.

It’s been alleged that a photobooth ‘thief’ was snapped mid-crime, truly a mug shot if ever there was one! The machine he was trying to extract money from took his snapshot before he made off with the cash. The booth captured a few photos of the suspect at an amusement arcade in Batavia, Illinois and it is believed that the master-criminal made off with about $75 from the photobooth but he failed to avoid the booth’s security feature that snaps anyone attempting to break in.

Police say the crime happened in November but it took a while to retrieve the photos as the booth required repair.
